Not only did I receive very good service regarding my own hearing aids, but also support for my parents. The Doctors provided a telephone consult on a product being purchased out of state and a next day visit for my mother while she was traveling. I'm very happy with my own hearing aids. You realize the difference when you go without for a day and are all of a sudden listening overly hard and hearing much less.
Dr. Peterson, you have assembled yourself a stellar group of colleagues, office staff and support techs. Every time I visit, Marie greets me sweetly and I am taken care of like I was royalty.
