Doctor of Audiology

Alexis Holt, Au.D., CCC-A is an audiologist with Ascension Medical Group in Kokomo. Dr. Holt graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University in 2014; she received her Doctorate in Audiology also from Purdue University in 2019. Dr. Holt completed her externship at The South Bend Clinic, gaining diverse clinical experience across the scope of practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. 

Dr. Holt provides general audiological services across the lifespan, including hearing evaluations to patients as young as six months and older and hearing aid services for patients as young as three years and older. She has a passion for cochlear implants, including: cochlear implant evaluations, activations, and programming. Dr. Holt is also trained to provide comprehensive balance testing.

Dr. Holt has a special interest in evaluating and treating auditory and vestibular disorders of pediatric to geriatric patients, as well as rehabilitative hearing services. She offers services of hearing aids, cochlear implants, balance testing, and tinnitus management. She is passionate about helping people on their path to better hearing, better communication, and improved overall quality of life. She strives to provide exceptional, individualized care to the members of Kokomo and the surrounding communities.

Clinic details

Our audiology and ENT teams work together to evaluate and treat ear disorders, hearing loss, and vestibular dysfunction. Patients who do not require medical examination/intervention can be seen independently by audiology, provided that they have a referral from their physician. Referrals are required.
