AnyPlace Audiology - Temple

“I recently relocated to Texas and before I left N.J. I purchased new hearing aids through United Healthcare hearing. In September I had an incident which totally destroyed the shell. I contacted United Healthcare hearing and was told there was a three year warranty. They directed me to Anyplace Audiology . Tamara, the office manager, was a rock star and made an appointment for me to speak to Dr. Balbo. He returned the hearing aid to Starkey and it was repaired and reprogrammed. I received the repaired one within 2 weeks. When I picked it up, the hearing aid was not programmed correctly to sync with the other one , so I returned to Anyplace and they sent BOTH aids back to the manufacturer who then reprogrammed them both and synced them together. They are like new. Tamara and Dr. Balbo went out of their way to accommodate me and I wasn't even a patient of theirs. I know however, that whenever I do need these to be replaced,, I will surely call Anyplace Audiology on Marlandwood Road in Temple. Tamara told me that my satisfaction was their primary concern and that is definitely true.”
