“Having been with Dr. Parker’s services, at Hearing Solutions, we decided it was time for my fourth set of hearing aids. She fully explained the Bluetooth availability in hearing aids, and explained it to my husband’s satisfaction! We ordered my hearing aids on a Tuesday morning and received them on Wednesday; we had also included the clip on microphone, and Dr. Parker spent more than an hour with us explaining everything. I use the clip on microphone when I substitute teach so the children can come up to me and what they are saying goes directly through that microphone into my hearing aids. We truly appreciate all of her assistance, her teaching and her understanding of my abilities.”
