“I am so happy I found this office to help with my needs. I had partial hearing loss from a virus, found Dr. Worden, we tried a procedure that unfortunately didn't work but he found another problem which was promptly taken care of. As for the hearing loss that we couldn't fix, I was then directed to Casey! She is kind and compassionate. She explained a lot of things, but the one thing that stands out is that not only not hearing things the way I'm used to, it's going to eventually affect part of the brain. That part will stop working. Can possibly lead to depression and other medical issues. My parents both had hearing loss at a very later age and it was extremely hard to deal with. I am now proactive and appreciate the direction and knowledge I know have. Thank you staff!!”

“I waited for almost a year after my injury to pull the trigger on hearing aids, and it was definitely one of those "Why didn't I do this sooner?" situations. The entire staff is very helpful and caring and the process is so easy, from scheduling through fitting. The hearing aids have made a dramatic improvement in daily life, participating in family conversations, focusing during work meetings, and just not feeling so isolated. ”

“In July of this year I started my journey to identify the severity of my hearing loss and to remedy my challenges in large social situations. My family physician recommended the Doctors’ Hearing Center. I was surprised at the ease and availability of acquiring an appointment sooner than later. After my initial hearing test, and review by Dr. Warden, I met with Dr. Otto to discuss various options to help with my hearing loss. Immediately I felt comfortable with Casey (Dr. Otto) and together we discussed available , suitable options. Her caring in the fitting and adjusting of my hearing aids was truly pleasant and relaxed. She is extremely capable, knowledgeable and above all caring . I highly recommend the Dr.Hearing Center and especially Dr. Casey Otto.”

“It's very difficult to put into words the care I have received from the Hearing Center. In January of 2022 I was fitted for hearing aids by Dr. Otto. Her attention, caring, and knowledge, gave me the assurance that I was in the right place to address my hearing loss. There was a sudden hearing decline in my left ear, but Cassie was able to adjust the hearing aids to restore near to normal hearing in both ears. All I can say is THANK YOU Dr. Otto”

“I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 year now. I recently upgraded to a very high tech set of hearing aids. Although the devices, once set up, run flawlessly. The journey getting to that point was what makes them priceless! The support staff welcomes you in. From there, you start the journey. The most comprehensive hearing test I've had to date. After that it was over to the fitting area. Here you get to check out all of your options. Every detail of the devices you may be interested in are spelled out to you. In my case the units were order in which only took a couple days. Second vist, the units were tuned into my settings, I was walked through ever detail regarding the new units. What a awesome feeling it was to hear so clearly, and understand how the new units made that happen. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I was asked if I'd like to come back in in a few weeks and go over any questions or concerns I may have regarding the new devices. Thats stellar service! Casey O you are a rock star in your field! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ”
