Hearing Consultants of SE Michigan - Chesterfield

Kari Krause,M.A. received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Central Michigan University. Ms. Krause is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is an active member and past board member of the Michigan Academy of Audiology. She currently holds an Audiology license from the State of Michigan. Ms. Krause went into private practice in 1994. She had previously worked at a large doctor’s office and felt that the patients got “lost” in a large office. Her goal, since going into private practice, has always been to be sure that each individual feels special and they do not feel like a “number.” She wants every person to know that their best interests always come first. Ms. Krause has always had a passion to help to help the hearing impaired. She enjoys working with hearing aids especially since new technologies are making hearing aids sound better and are more comfortable.

Marianne Fortino, M.A., received her Bachelor's degree in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University in 1995.  In 1998, she graduated with her Masters in  Audiology. She has been caring for patients with us since December of 2015 after working for another private practice in Bloomfield Hills for the past 12 years.   She loves helping people hear so that they are able to get back to the activities they enjoyed.  Her patients say she is caring and easy to talk to.  Marianne currently holds an Audiology license from the State of Michigan.
