“I have been a patient at this office since 2001. They are a highly knowledgeable and competent group of professionals. It would take too long for me to explain all they have done for me other than to say they are professional audiologists who treat patients with hearing loss. As such, they are not sales representatives promoting their own products, etc. They will tell you their professional opinion of what would work best for you based on your type of hearing loss and your lifestyle and personal preferences. Dr. Neufeld has been my audiologist from the beginning. She is amazing! She is an exceptional audiologist as well as the sweetest, most pleasant person. I have seen her many times over the years. She has helped me through 3 sets of hearing aids thus far, and has worked with my parents as well. I’d also like to give a shout-out to Heather, who sits behind the front desk. Heather has also been there since the beginning of my treatment here. She is always friendly, helpful, and dependable. She’s an invaluable asset to this office. There has been little turnover of staff in the 18 years that I have come here. That is a testament to the quality of professionals here. They are the real deal and can be trusted to deal honestly and effectively with you regarding your hearing health and will not withhold any information from you that can benefit you in making decisions regarding cost of purchasing hearing aids. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Neufeld.”
“First let me start with Heather, the Office Manager. She is extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She knows her job well and treats all customers well. The other office assistants are just as competent, kind, and very caring. Dr. Neufeld is just an absolute pleasure to have as a doctor. She works very hard to ensure her patients get the results they need in order to have a better quality of life when it comes to hearing. I dread going to doctor's appointments but the people at Audiology and Hearing Aid Services are truly an exception and I truly look forward to each visit. I've been to several audiologists in the Savannah area and these people are absolutely hands-down the best when it comes to caring and providing service for their patients. ”
“They were kind.”
“The doctor did a great job explaining how my hearing may be affected. ”
“She was knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing, she was honest, she didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. She wasn't trying to be pushy and I liked that about her. ”
