“Samantha Warren has been my audiologist at BVENT for 2 - 3 years. She has been attentive to my hearing needs and she has the skill to "tune" my hearing aids so that I forget that I have them on. Recently, she referred me to a study that I could choose or not choose to participate in. I did participate and I am so glad for her referral. The hearing aids were offered at a reduced price after the study. I purchased them and since then I have run the gamut of audio experience from a Santana Concert and a Nuggets Game to a classroom of 20 month olds and a High Tea at the Brown Palace with a room full of chirping women. I have not strained to hear in any of these situations. Samantha has my prescription well tuned to my needs. She always welcomes me with a sincere smile and acts as if she has the whole day to hear how my adventure with hearing is going. Also, when I had a problem in the past, she has fixed them. Therefore, I did not have to go without. My hearing loss came about abruptly from a serious ear infection that left me almost deaf in one ear and impaired in the other. That was 7 years ago. The care that I have received at BVENT has been exceptionally supportive through this traumatic time. I am 70 years old. ”

“All the staff and PA's and doctors are exceptional - unusually so! Having said this, Arthur and I want to single out one particular staff member because she has certain qualities that go beyond even the most exceptional, that is Acayla Rushing. Acayla is the audiology technician. She will do anything and everything to make sure your every need is met. But there is more: Acayla is a ray of sunshine that lightens up even a bright day! She has a sweetness and gentleness about her no one can match. Everyone in the office agrees Acayla is beyond special!!!”

“Natalie Nelson was my provider and she was outstanding! She was very thorough, answered all my questions clearly and is very pleasant to work with. Since this was the first time I was exploring getting a hearing aide, it was especially important to me to totally understand the process, expectations, etc. Natalie did all of that!”

“Samantha performed my hearing test and then my wife and I spoke with her about hearing aid options (type and brand). We also discussed this with another Boulder audiologist and Samantha ran rings around her in terms of depth of knowledge, inquiries into my desires about hearing and my lifestyle. And there was no pressure. Period. I purchased my Phonak hearing aids about a month ago. Samantha was great with the initial fitting and I have seen her twice since for regular "tune-ups." ”
