With a degree from the University of Arizona, Patricia Weil has been helping people hear better since 1983. Prior to serving the Redding community, Patricia served as the Director of Audiology at the Hearing Institute of the Desert in Rancho Mirage, California. In 1994, she founded the Redding Institute and the practice has continued to grow since.


Leslie Shoji


Leslie graduated from Cal State University, Los Angeles with a degree in audiology in 1983. After serving her internship she subsequently joined the audiology staff at Loma Linda University. Then, she held the Director of Audiology position at Kaiser Permanente-Los Angeles, specializing in cochlear implants. Leslie has been serving the Redding community since 1999 when she joined Redding Hearing Institute.

“After several years of hearing loss and testing, I decided it was time to admit my hearing loss. Leslie was easy to talk with and took time to explain all the information I needed to know about hearing loss and the benefits of hearing aids. Their receptionist Gail, was also very friendly and helpful. ”
