A message from Metro Hearing - Phoenix about COVID-19:
Au.D, CCC-A Doctor of Audiology Stephanie has been practicing audiology since 1990. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona, in 2005, her Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1990, and her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas in 1987. While attending the University of Texas at Dallas, she was a teaching assistant and ran the ALD (Assistive Listening Device) Center on campus. For more than 12 years, she was the Audiology Section Head supervising five offices for Cigna in Arizona. Her desire to become an audiologist was inspired by her father, who lost his hearing in one ear at the age of 12. She also watched her grandparents struggle with communication due to hearing loss. Her most gratifying experience was helping a young college student who had normal hearing in one ear but severe loss in the other, and was told that she could not be helped. Stephanie worked with her to find the right hearing aid, and helped change her life. Stephanie hails the “Lone Star State” of Texas. She was born and raised there but has lived in Arizona for 23 years.

“The hearing clinic is by far the best! I am a veteran an was sent there by TriWest. Dr Clark has been very helpful, informative and kind. The doctor goes out of her way to explain things. I would strongly recommend Dr. Clark for anyone who has hearing issues.”
“Not only was Dr. Clark efficient, but she detected a skin problem in the ear which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma requiring surgery. Kudos to her. ”
“I went to see Dr. Stephanie Clark recently at the Bell Rd. location as a walk-in and not at all certain that the repair needed for my device was even possible. Dr. Clark's swift service and reasonable fee put my fears to rest and had me fully functional in no time. I have high praise for her and her staff for being so pleasant and accommodating (on the spot). I must also give a "shout out" to April at the 59th Ave. site for her compassion and for referring me to Dr. Clark. My heartfelt gratitude to you all.”
“She was complete in everything I needed to know, she was not pushy. She was just a very good doctor. I've told a lot of people about her. ”
“She was very knowledgeable and friendly. ”
