“This place is a total joke. I returned my hearing aids because they didn't work and they never processed the return and kept the money paid by my insurance. Now I can't get another pair of hearing aids because my insurance will only pay for one set of hearing aids every three years. I have called and sent messages to try and get this resolved, however they never answer the phone and don't return the call from the messages I have left. They don't care about the patients as long as they get their money.”
“I would like to share my recent experience with Metro hearing. I purchased a new pair of Oticon aids for my mother last year. On subsequent visits to the Scottsdale office I was unable to resolve the issues we had with certain sounds she was hearing. I decided to try a different location and for the past two visits I have taken my mother to Metro Hearing on East Bell Road. We had the opportunity to see Dr Stephanie Clark and Sara. I highly recommend the expertise and experience of Dr Clark. She determined that my mother was hearing different sounds that were unnecessarily magnified within the house and in the same room. Dr Clark determined one side needed to be replaced. She subsequently made two adjustments and we left there realizing that the service and time given to us at the Bell Road office was the exact opposite of what we got at the Scottsdale office. I highly recommend Dr Stephanie Clark and Sarah. I hope this helps future and present patients.”
“The hearing clinic is by far the best! I am a veteran an was sent there by TriWest. Dr Clark has been very helpful, informative and kind. The doctor goes out of her way to explain things. I would strongly recommend Dr. Clark for anyone who has hearing issues.”
“Not only was Dr. Clark efficient, but she detected a skin problem in the ear which turned out to be basal cell carcinoma requiring surgery. Kudos to her. ”
“I went to see Dr. Stephanie Clark recently at the Bell Rd. location as a walk-in and not at all certain that the repair needed for my device was even possible. Dr. Clark's swift service and reasonable fee put my fears to rest and had me fully functional in no time. I have high praise for her and her staff for being so pleasant and accommodating (on the spot). I must also give a "shout out" to April at the 59th Ave. site for her compassion and for referring me to Dr. Clark. My heartfelt gratitude to you all.”
