“Dr. Susan Rawls is my second audiologist. Her goal is to keep your hearing normal as possible to keep your brain from deteriorating which can occur with hearing loss. She does not want to just sell you a hearing aid. She wants to frequently check that your hearing aid is providing you your best hearing possible.”

“Great provider and service. I definitely felt the staff went above and beyond, especially with regards to COVID safety. Dr. Larson is a great listener and does an excellent job explaining the test results. Michelle at the front desk was very cordial and helpful, as well. I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of help with their hearing. Added bonus, all new patient forms are fillable online, so no need to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out in the office.”

“I was referred by a friend of mine who is already a customer of Susan Rawls. Since I was displeased with my existing service I needed a more customer oriented audiologist to meet my needs. Susan and Michelle are top shelf and have provided everything I had hoped for. They are very attentive to my needs and I am extremely pleased. ”
