“My first visit with Dr. Lazaro was a real eye opener! She demonstrated what a real audiologist who is excited about her work can do to make my hearing 200% better!! She tweaked settings in my aids that my previous audiologist never mentioned and it has made such a difference in my hearing.”

“At 75 years old, I've been to my share of medical professionals. Dr. Rawls is one of the best. Very knowledgeable, yet explains things in terms I understand. Hearing aids these days are obviously high-tech and she keeps up with the latest technology and can separate the stuff that's important to me from the bells and whistles that I don't need. When I started with Cary Audiology, I lived 3 miles away; I now live 25 miles but the drive is worth it.”

“I have had a hearing problem for over 20 years and when we moved to NC Susan Rawles was recommended to help me in getting new hearing aids. I have been working with Dr. Rawles for more than 7 years and have been extremely happy with her attention to my frustrations. Although she can not preform miracles in restoring my hearing, she has helped in giving me the best hearing I can have. I highly recommend her to anyone needing professional care for their hearing loss. ”

“Cary Audiology has been looking after my hearing for over ten years. The service is excellent. Each year Susan measures my hearing and makes adjustments. She is happy and friendly and spends as much time with me as is needed - no rushing. If I have a minor problem at other times, Rachel happily and efficiently solves the problem. When I enter the waiting room, Michelle greets me. And if I need supplies, she provides them. Also, the wait time is usually short, but there is coffee and a number of magazines and a newspaper to look at while waiting. ”
