Jordan Green

Treatment Manager

Jordan Green spends her time getting to know our patients and listening to their Tinnitus and Hearing symptoms. She is dedicated to attacking the healthcare epidemic known as hearing loss and the cognitive dysfunction associated with this progressive degenerative disorder. Believing that treatment of this disorder begins with listening, education, and nurturing she believes in understanding a patient’s ‘WHY’ before moving them forward with the medical treatment of hearing loss and the associated auditory system damage.

One person can not treat the 42 million people by themselves, but Jordan believes that if she focuses on the patient in front of her she can continue to help our patients, their families, and their loved ones with a more educated, engaged, lifestyle for many years to come. Jordan’s mindset, to treat every patient like her own grandmother, makes her the country’s lead treatment coordinator across all Excellence in Audiology practices nationwide.

When Jordan is not treating patients here in Worcester, MA, she also helps practices improve their own communication and treatment skills. Kathy Kolbe, the world’s utmost authority on human instincts, calls Jordan a ‘Pioneer’ and we see this throughout the year as she travels across the country aiding hearing healthcare practice owners, audiologists, and hearing care specialists in creating medical treatment plans and systems to help treat the 42 million people with untreated Tinnitus and hearing loss.

Jordan has helped our national brand recognition by contributing to our recognition as a Top 50 Health Care Company in America, the Highest Rated Practices in America on Google, Yelp, Facebook, HealthyHearing, and more, and multiple “Best of” Awards.

“I finally came to terms with my hearing loss after visiting a number of hearing centers. I was very impressed with the service I received at the the Hearing & Balance Center compared to other offices that I visited. My initial visit went very well, they completed a comprehensive hearing test and then let me try on some of the hearing aids. As soon as I put them on, I started to cry as I realized how much I WAS NOT HEARING.... I would highly recommend this office for all of your hearing needs - Great Staff and Excellent service.”

“The best decision I’ve made is to trust the people in this office.”

“A number of years ago I had been diagnosed with some slight hearing loss, at that time not bad enough to use hearing aids. A few years after I began to notice I was having difficulty hearing my co-workers across a conference table. Unsure of how to proceed I was lucky enough to hear Dr. Darrow on the Jim Polito show on WTAG. It gave me the courage to call and set up an appointment. I was very nervous about the appointment & what the results may be. You see, my avocation is singing and I was concerned that continuing hearing loss may make that difficult if not impossible. Well I shouldn't have worried, the staff and doctor were wonderful, kind and understanding. I left that day with my new hearing aids feeling I had made the best decision in my life to make that first phone call. Over the years I have moved up to the newer technologies and my life has remained full and social, and I am still singing! I thank the Hearing and Brain Center for enriching my life.”
