Victoria (Tori) Levy is a dedicated audiologist originally from Buffalo, New York. She has gained diverse clinical experience across Ohio, Florida, and Texas, and is delighted to be back in her home state for the long term. Tori earned her B.S. in Communication Disorders and Sciences from SUNY Fredonia in 2016, followed by her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium at the University of Akron in 2021.
Tori has a strong clinical interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostics, and has completed specialized training through the American Institute of Balance at one of their Centers of Specialty Care. She is passionate about patient-centered care, emphasizing clear communication and education to help individuals better understand their hearing and balance health. Tori looks forward to serving the Capital District and supporting the community’s hearing and vestibular needs with expertise and compassion.

Dr. Maria Ragonese joined the practice in August 2024 and has been serving patients as a clinical audiologist since 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from The College of Saint Rose in 2016 and completed her Doctorate of Audiology at Salus University in 2020.
Dr. Ragonese has a strong clinical interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostic evaluation. She is licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology. Committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, Dr. Ragonese strives to help each patient achieve improved hearing and balance health.
