“Dr. Tony Kovacs has shown me that the Oticon method of tinnitus reduction works. There is a very noticeable reduction of tinnitus in both ears. My tinnitus was different in each ear. An annoying chirp has completely cleared up in one ear and the high pitch that once was in both ears is very much diminished. State of the art Aids and service. The word profound has real meaning. Thanks”
“We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dr. Christine Russell today at the Sound Relief Hearing Center in Fort Collins for our hearing screenings. She let us know that she prefers to be called "Christine" and made our time in her office seem like a visit with a good friend. We felt as though we had known her forever! She's very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciate her expert care and advice. Kelsey, who runs the front office is fabulous! Fort Collins is fortunate to have such a wonderful hearing facility. Thank you, Christine! ”

If you’re concerned about your ability to hear properly, contact us to schedule a hearing test. First, we will ask about your medical and hearing history. Then, we will use an otoscope to examine your outer ear and ear canal, checking for abnormalities. After that, we will conduct a hearing test in a sound-proof booth. This will allow us to determine the specific frequencies (if any exist) that you struggle to hear.

Cerumen (Wax) Management
Earwax, or cerumen, is a waxy substance secreted in the ear canal. Its purpose is to protect and clean the skin of the human ear canal while protecting it from debris, bacteria and water. Sometimes the ear produces too much wax which can become impacted and press against the eardrum. This can impair the ability to hear. We can assist in the safe removal of ear wax.
