Dr. Sara Nagel is the founder of The Center for Audiology. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Brooklyn College and her doctorate from A.T. Still University Arizona. Dr. Nagel has extensive experience working in several hospitals in New York City and moved back to Houston in 1998. She worked in pediatric audiology at Texas Children’s Hospital and was an assistant professor of audiology at the University of Houston. Dr. Nagel is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology, the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Nagel enjoys outdoor fitness activities, reading, cooking, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and seven amazing children
Licensed doctor of audiology Rosangela Moura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University, her Master of Science in Audiology degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is fluent in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
Dr. Moura’s specialties include adult hearing rehabilitation with amplification.
Outside of the office, Dr. Moura enjoys attending performance of the Houston Ballet and the Houston Astros as well as reading, cooking and travel.
Dr. Cristina Vallejo is a licensed audiologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa and a Doctorate in audiology from the University of North Texas. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Vallejo is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so she can help you choose the best solution for your hearing needs.
Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
Belinda Ritchie is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) and a member of Texas Hearing Aid Association. Her areas of expertise lie in audiological diagnostic testing, hearing evaluations, hearing aid services and providing impeccable customer service. Brenda is passionate about patient understanding of hearing loss and its' impact on daily life while maintaining the best hearing health care. She is a hearing aid user personally so she can share the wonderful world of hearing instruments amplification.
Brenda loves reading, spending time at the beach, and spending quality time with her husband, 4 children and her beautiful grand babies.

“This is my second review for The Center for Audiology in Pearland and I will probably write more. If you find yourself saying What! all the time, and the only way that you can hear the TV is when it is blaring so loud that your family and your pets leave the room, then it's time for you to call and make an appointment with The Center for Audiology. I go to the Pearland office and Belinda is an expert in diagnosing your hearing loss and fitting you with the correct hearing aids. Don't wait, call them today. When you can actually start to hear again, it WILL change your life. ”
