I enjoy my role as our First Impression Specialist at Intermountain Audiology Hearing Clinics. Each month, I interact with thousands of patients in Southern Utah, and I am responsible for greeting each patient who comes through the door and making sure they have a fabulous patient experience, including a beverage and a treat (or two).
I was born in Southern Illinois and grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Denver for 14 years before the cold weather got the better of me and I moved to St. George, Utah in 1995. I have two grown daughters and love getting together with them when they are in town. In my spare time away from the office, I really enjoy the mountains and hiking along the canyons. It is not as often as I would like, but a few times a month you can find me out enjoying the local golf courses in Southern Utah. As an avid golfer, I am always looking for someone to hit the links with… just give me a call! In addition to golf, I am probably best known in the community for my many medals won bowling in the Huntsman Senior Games each year.
Growing up in Southern California during the baby boom era gave me an opportunity for lots of neighborhood friends, fond memories of playing night games during the summer months, and in general, an exciting childhood. I was always an exuberant child with lots of energy. I liked going to school, but more for the social aspect than the academics. In high school, I was on the Student Council, was a member of many clubs, sang in the choir, and would cheer the sports teams on to victory as a cheerleader. I was active and lived life to its fullest. During college, I met my wonderful husband and married at the young age of 18. We have been married for 36 years, have two sons, three daughters, two sons-in-law and a grandson (who is really cute). I am one lucky gal.
My husband and I moved our family to Saint George, Utah, in 1993. The red mountains, beautiful landscape, fantastic hiking trails, and friendly people have enriched our lives. I was lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom for 18 years and help raise our children. When my last child graduated from school, I entered the medical field, where I became aware of Intermountain Audiology and their goal to help improve the lives of those with hearing loss and help them continue to live their lives to the fullest through improved hearing. I have already met so many wonderful people who are so excited about their new hearing devices, and I love to hear their stories about what a difference it has made for them. I’m excited to be part of Intermountain Audiology and look forward to meeting and getting to know each individual who comes by my exit desk and allows me to leave that last, best, impression!

“After letting me try new devices for 2 weeks I decided the new technology was worth purchasing. Eric, Luanne and the others answered all my questions and helped me understand the features on these instruments. I always refer my friends to this Office . They have been wonderfully helpful over the past 6 years. ”
“I had a great annual review, and the technician that conducted it listened to what I had to say. After my devices were cleaned and returned, the hearing test continued. When we discussed the results, I mentioned that I did not believe my devices were working properly during the test. Based on my comments, we re-ran the tests and the results proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the devices were not 'on' during the last portion of the review -- changed from 16% correct to over 68%. The fact that my comments were taken seriously made this visit very positive.”
“I have always been treated with respect and consideration at each visit. My concerns have always been addressed and resolved. Thank you for your professionalism.”
“Was treated very good.”
“Very helpful- nice people ”
