I enjoy my role as our First Impression Specialist at Intermountain Audiology Hearing Clinics. Each month, I interact with thousands of patients in Southern Utah, and I am responsible for greeting each patient who comes through the door and making sure they have a fabulous patient experience, including a beverage and a treat (or two).
I was born in Southern Illinois and grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Denver for 14 years before the cold weather got the better of me and I moved to St. George, Utah in 1995. I have two grown daughters and love getting together with them when they are in town. In my spare time away from the office, I really enjoy the mountains and hiking along the canyons. It is not as often as I would like, but a few times a month you can find me out enjoying the local golf courses in Southern Utah. As an avid golfer, I am always looking for someone to hit the links with… just give me a call! In addition to golf, I am probably best known in the community for my many medals won bowling in the Huntsman Senior Games each year.

“Dr. William Sparrow, AuD, FAAA is excellent in providing the testing, assessment, and treatment details of my hearing loss. He is patient, thorough, and always seeks affirmation of my understanding of each step of the process. Although I only just completed my 2nd visit, Dr. Sparrow's attention to meeting my needs and ensuring that each and every question or concern I raise is addressed in a 100% manner to my satisfaction. If I am unsure of any information he conveys, Dr. Sparrow patiently explains the detail(s) until I am satisfied with my understanding. I look forward to my future visits with Dr. Sparrow, as I am totally confident that he will apply the same degree of patience, thoroughness, and understanding going forward. I especially enjoy his review and explanation of the various data plots resulting from my various testing sessions. Similarly, Julie is very effective in explaining the various payment option plans that are available. She too is patient and excellent in listening to our questions and provides understandable explanations. We're convinced we chose the appropriate plan for us.”
