“I am a 77 yr disabled veteran that bought aids - the best model. At first Kristin Hale was very nice and aids worked as good as she said. Now problem aide three yrs old, one repaired under waranty, second aid just fell apart. The case opened at its seam. Manufacturer defect. Took to Ace-no help given other than a price of 400.00. They could have called Oticon but did not help at all. I contacted Oticon in NJ AND THEY WERE VERY NICE. Said they would work something to make my wifes hearing good again. Very upset they don't want to help a customer with a sale they made. Thank you Kristin if you are still the owner. ”
“My needs was met with curtiously and professionally as well as well informed answers to all my questions. ”
“I am so happy that I took a friend's recommendation to come to Kristen Hale at ACE hearing center...everyone is so accommodating and extremely nice and helpful! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner....missed out on alot of conversations! Kudos to Carol who greets with a smile and is eager to help in any way...nice and friendly staff...thanks to all and would recommend your services!”
“As a patient of Ace Hearing for years, I receive the same courteous, attentive service now as at my first appointment. The technology has improved since my first in the ear hearing aids. Ace always tested my hearing in a soundproof private booth. The free trial offer for new digital behind the ear aids was a good way for me to test their effectiveness. There was no hard sell pressure to buy immediately. My digital hearing aids required time for aids, ears and brain to work together. Ace staff members were patient to help me adjust successfully to improved hearing. This 66 year old female wears the hearing aids all day every day because they help me that much. I have recommended Ace to others who also appreciated getting an appointment soon after their request and the help they received with their hearing.”
“I have received exemplary care for the improvement of my hearing from the friendly professional staff.”
