“For 40 years I had profound hearing loss in my left ear. A hearing test 25 years ago told me what type of hearing loss I had and that a hearing aid would not help. For several years my family has asked me to go try again but I was very reluctant. Finally I conceded and I am so glad I did. After the free hearing test they performed, they researched my options and told me what would work best for my type of hearing loss. I now can hear again in that ear.
