“Extremely unprofessional receptionist by the name of Arvind. I had called for the first time and the receptionist literally brought me to tears. As I was making my appointment with him I mentioned that I would like to leave a note with the doctor that this will be a second opinion. The receptionist rudely stops me and says" let me stop you right here. If you're calling because you're looking for an easy fix or a cure then let me tell you right now that there is no cure for tinnitus". I tried to explain that I was not looking for an easy fix and that I felt I was asking my previous doctor more questions about next steps than the doctor was offering me possibilities on his own. I said that I was simply looking for a second opinion as I feel like there could be further testing to evaluate what the root cause of my tinnitus may be then just a five minute hearing test that was conducted. This receptionist interrupted me again and said" let me stop you right here and just say to you that if I were another doctor I would not appreciate people calling and criticizing me". I very politely said my aim is not to criticize however, I don't feel like I was offered every possibility or testing. The receptionist begrudgingly went over the process of how his site does the testing. I thanked him for the information and let him know that this is a lot more information than my previous doctor gave me and it seems like your facility does much more thorough testing. He then proceeds to talk over me and say he would not appreciate people calling and complaining about any doctor. He mentioned they do a 45 minute comprehensive hearing test to include other examinations to rule out any other serious causes. I let him know this is precisely why I am looking for a second opinion because these options were not given to me by my previous doctor. The receptionist continues to interrupt me and speak over me and talk to me in a disrespectful manner and telling me that if I am not satisfied with one result I will not be satisfied with any other result and that I need to just learn to live with Tinnitus and unless it's causing me pain to the point where I am going to hurt myself or am suicidal I should not call back for a second opinion. This basically tells me that there is help from this facility for people who are suicidal but there is no help for people who are suffering from a lesser symptom. As I sat there crying on the phone he ended the conversation by saying "I have some advice for you that you are not going to like and my suggestion based off of my multiple years of experience in reading books is, you just learn to live with it." This man made me feel incredibly hopeless and I did not deserve that! He should not be somebody that should be talking to people especially for someone who is a receptionist and not a certified medical expert. ”

“I was naive to read the reviews and make an appointment. Please avoid this office. We visited the office in the summer of 2023. There is only one provider in the office Bhama Pathak. The office is old. Another person in the office is her relative taking the phone calls. He is extremely rude and lacks manners, uses coarse words in conversation, and demonstrates unprofessional behavior. The office is a mess, the staff forgot to submit our order and send authorization to the insurance until months later, and multiple phone calls and insurance involvement. Instead of an apology, they blame us for not paying directly to them ($1,500), but going through the insurance. There are only 3 people there Bhama herself, her relative at the front desk, and a young secretary. There is no line to make an appointment as there are no visitors. The office tries to manipulate and press to buy hearing aids directly from them. They are not interested in working with insurance. Please avoid it.”

“Our experience with doctor Pathak was beyond our belief. Dr "Bee" is the nicest, most caring doctor we´ve ever met. The gentleman at the front office was terrific with a friendly attitude and smiles. This is a customer service you rarely see these days! My beloved husband was treated with professionalism and care. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. We love you doctor "Bee" !”

“I have been to different hearing aid places before, but this facility is absolutely wonderful and the very best. When it comes to evaluation, explaining everything and the very best customer service, no other place has been able to beat them. I do recommend them wholeheartedly. ”
