“Tennessee Valley Audiology has handled all of my hearing needs since March 2005. Three sets of hearing aids have been purchased since that time. Each purchase has been an excellent upgrade due to new technologies. Both Dr. Earls have provided exceptional care and have remained on the brink of all new technology. That is obvious to me during my several visits in the past 13 years and it is clear that they remain up to date with continuing education in their field. I have full confidence in both of them. ”

“They were hands on. They would tell me different things that I didn't know about my hearing aids, what they can do, and they set them up to do different things like on the phone and music and they did all that for me. It was very, very good. ”

“They were very courteous and informative. He actually started me out with demo hearing aids that I used for a week or so. Then I decided to purchase them. ”
