“Exam was thorough and the results explained very clearly. Very happy with the medical staff. However, the clerical staff did not properly apply my insurance coverage. initially they said it did not cover any of the charges. After I went home I called my insurance company to find out differently. My coverage was at 100% of the covered charges. I called back to the clerical staff and explained this to them. They said they would double check. About 5 hours later they called me to confirm that the coverage was indeed at 100% of the covered amount. Due to the expense of the hearing aids, it is important to get a clear picture of the coverage and insisting that the clerical staff do the proper research is important.”
