“For the reputation of the office they need to train their front desk staff better. When I first went in, no one acknowledged me or even looked at me until the lady who did the hearing test called my name, she was professional. I saw the doctor for about 2 min, just enough time to send me for an MRI. Checking out, the receptionist told me I'm all set to go and when I asked her about the MRI she told me I don't need one. Only after I kept telling her that the doctor told me to get one and after she snapped at me for not listening to her, then she admitted she was looking at someone else's record without ever apologizing. When I got the call from an imaging facility they said the doctor's office sent them an MRI order but for anther facility, asked me where I want to go. The doctors may be good but if the staff are not giving them the correct information or files on the patients how do I know I'm getting the correct treatment and why should I get snapped at for their own incompetence.”

“Absolutely nightmare. I'm hearing impaired and was recommended to Dr. Duff by my audiologist. Went to the office to make my appointment as I can't hear on the phone. Receptionist refused to book an appointment and said I had to do it by phone. When I told her I rely on lip reading and needed to book it in person she told me "sorry, I can't help you." Subsequently called multiple times in an attempt to book an appointment, hoping for a sympathetic ear, but couldn't get past the "please hold for the next available agent." Unbelievable. ”

Answered every question, made us feel very welcome and any patient would be more than fortunate to be assisted by someone so pleasant. Thanks Rachel”
