“Sara could not have been any nicer. Very patient and knowledgeable. ”
“I do not recommend, as they could not even tell me if an audiogram was covered by Medicare, as some medically necessary tests are. So I needed to cancel appt. Costs need to be up front so consumers can determine if they can afford them. Again, would NOT recommend, unless you have a lot of extra disposable income.”
“Professional, well informed, prompt, courteous. ”
“Sara Barron, audiologist at Hershey, PA, is wonderful! She does an excellent job and is good with people. She made the dreaded process an actually delightful experience.”
“The first guy I saw was good and on the ball. But the second guy, who was supposed to be "the guy" to see, was short. They could better their system there with a reminder call for appointments because a month goes by and people forget. Also, I wonder why does it take so long for an MRI to happen and a month later it is read. Why does it take so long, is my question? It was a bad experience. The lobby was empty, the place to check you out was empty, the place to check you in was empty. People just all the sudden vanished. For being the number one health care place in the world, it wasn't good. ”
