“They did not do what I asked them to do. I wanted them to look at a hearing aid I already had and they just went through a bunch of things that I did not need. So I went to some other place that got what I needed done exactly how I needed it. ”
Received 03/24/2015Official Response from Hearing Unlimited:“Dear Chad, My name is Chris Eckert, and I am the supervising audiologist at Hearing Unlimited. While I never want to hear that someone is dissatisfied, I do appreciate your feedback. One of our most important goals here at Hearing Unlimited is to give very patient very thorough and comprehensive service. Because of that, when someone comes to see us for the first time, we want to do a complete hearing evaluation so that we can best understand that person's unique needs. When you came to us seeking new earmolds for your current hearing aids, the audiologist who worked with you felt like it was in your best interest to do a comprehensive elevation and physical exam of your ears. As a result of that, he felt you would be best served being evaluated by an ENT physician before moving forward with your care. He also felt that there were potential surgical solutions that may be available for your specific hearing loss and wanted to give you a chance to hear about those options. We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with this outcome, but we're glad to know that you have since received the new earmolds you were seeking. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future, please let us know - we would be more than happy to schedule you for another appointment if you wish.”
