“I've worn hearing aids for years but had never visited Salem Audiology. Decided to give Scot Frink a try. VERY impressed. Dr. Frink tested and then reviewed my options. Only 1 of 3 involved purchasing aids from them. Absolutely no sales push. Excellent.”

“I’m not a patient of this practice or Christopher Scott Fink. I own and operate a four office hearing instrument audiology practice in NY. Mr Fink has helped me grow my practice and improve upon our best practices. He tirelessly gives back and works diligently to help others. He is a frequent contributor to our audiology group. He exemplifies knowledge, kindness, and expert care I’d recommend him to any of my patients moving to his area. ”

“My husband has been going here for most of his life and has never had an issue. Unfortunately we took my dad here. He paid $600 for repairs which took a month. That is reasonable, however they came in with the wrong connection tubes and they have been there ever since. It's been 5 months my dad has been without hearing aids. He keeps getting the runaround of what's going on. This is unacceptable and we will be looking for a new audiology clinic.”

Official Response from Salem Audiology Clinic:
“As one of the owners of Salem Audiology Clinic, I can only apologize for this situation and try to address it immediately. It should be noted that while this began on November 28th, we were not contacted about it specifically until this review was posted, so I am happy it was brought to our attention. We gave him loaner instruments to use in the meantime, which he brought back in February, but he never made any mention of the repair when he returned the loaners. Regardless, this is what these review sites are for, and I am glad that you brought it to our attention so that it could be resolved. Thank you.”
