“I have been wearing hearing aids for 12 years. I had been to 5 audiologists and hearing specialists. Iwas told there was nothing more they could do for me. I was so discouraged. And then I met Dr. Eileen Nagy. She has helped me so much. I can’t possibly say enough good things about her. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough. She’s simply the best. **July/2023 Update** I am more than happy to write a review about the Saratoga and Madison hearing center. Prior to going to the center I had been to four audiologist and one hearing specialist over 10 years. I was told by the last audiologist there was nothing more he could do for me. So I was desperate to find someone that would help me, so I made an appointment with Eileen Nagy at the hearing center. It was the best thing I ever did for my hearing. First, she gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever had and then she did a total evaluation. She attempted to use my old hearing aids and worked with me, but eventually I purchased new hearing aids, Phonak. Eileen has given me the most optimum hearing that I think I will ever achieve . That being said, my hearing is never going to be great as I have a profound hearing loss. But she is always encouraging. She knows the product well she can tweak it and my hearing improves. She listens to everything I have to say and does her best to help me. I was given a gift when I went to see Eileen I would highly recommend her to anyone w a hearing loss issue. I can’t speak highly enough of her. ”
