“Over the course of 25 years, I have worked with four different audiologists. I was left dissatisfied by the first three. When I went to Community Hearing Services, I thought I needed a new set. Instead of starting a sales pitch, Dennis Murnane said, "Let me take a look at the old ones." He did a close inspection and decided it was a software problem. Could I give him a day to get the latest firmware from the company (which he did not sell)? I came back a day later and he said the problem was solved. Not only that, the hearing aids now had settings for four different situations. Eighteen months later, I came back after losing those aids on a trip. I got a new and much improved set from Community Hearing Services for less than I had paid for the originals.
