“My experience with Advanced Audiology Institute has been excellent. I have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I have needed some adjustments to my hearing aids which Courtney has done for me with a caring attitude and smile. I always feel like I matter to them. The entire staff makes every person feel like they are important to them. I would recommend Advanced Audiology Institute to everyone.”

“My two year old has had several audiology screenings due to speech issues during the past months. Since he is a toddler he requires patience and understanding. Courtney in the Cheyenne office was very professional, patient, and kind. She took the the time to ask questions and did not rush the audio test and did NOT constantly say as others in the past had told me..."Well, your son is only 2 and we can only do so much." It was worth taking the extra drive to the Cheyenne office to finally learn my son has had liquid in his ears since 18 months and will now have to have tubes placed in his ears. I would recommend Advanced Audiology Institute to anyone with little ones who may have any audio issues and especially Audiologist Courtney Smith, MA- she was extraordinary and caring!”

“I give them five stars - he seemed to be very professional. The only thing that personally I do not like about this place is the fact that they are in the Walmart store and not too far from the McDonalds and it smelled of grease and food. I thought that this side of the experience was not the best, because I think that when you think of professional service, you don't think of being too close to a food joint.”

“hearing assistance is a life changing experience and expensive. Advanced Audiology is a joke and waste of your time and money. consumer reports lists 6 major things any audiologist should do when you make an appointment ... this place did one ... no options, pamphlets etc ... just my need for a hearing aid and one of the most expensive and annually re-occuring costing ones at that. when i questioned my lifestyle and whether this was appropriate they said absolutely, and when i pushed them on this issue they said they would check with "their rep" BUT they never got back to me as they promised they would do. ... so i went on the brand's site and it said i , in fact, was correct and these were not appropriate for my needs ... ... but it's the only one they talked about ... ... we were interrupted twice because the next appointment was waiting ... obviously more important than my knowledge or true needs ... what a waste of time, effort and money - BEWARE !!!!! ”
