“Billing nightmare got a hearing aid on trial basis turned it tin 10-202016 and got a different pair which I kept. I continue to be billed for both sets despite numerous calls by both myself and my insurence company. Have been told several times that the matter will be corrected but am still being billed. This almost appears to be billing fraud!”
“Joyce was rude and inconsiderate. Did not return phone calls. There was not interest in helping to find funding for hearing aid.”
