“The office staff is friendly. Dr. Norval was patient as I asked myriad questions, explaining as she went along. She took extra time to show me the results of my tests. I will recommend this particular doctor at this Mercy Clinic. ”
“She was very courteous.”
“I made the appointment over three months ago for my mother. We supposed to have her hearing tested and have her hearing aids adjusted. My mother already had hearing aids from somewhere else. It was really a terrible experience all the way around. First of all, whenever I made the appointment I told the girl I just needed someone to check her hearing aids and make sure that they didn't need to be adjusted. So I specifically said that she had Starkey hearing aids when I made the appointment. So we get to the appointment yesterday after it being postponed once, which is not a problem, except the fact that after 3 months we had the appointment and they told us that they don't service Starkey hearing aids. So it was a frustrating experience.”
“I like being able to hear! Hearing things haven't heard in years. Dr. Lanois very patient in testing me, then finding the right aid for me. Taught me about my aids then made me comfortable with them. Also she and tech "Brian" let me know they will always be available there if I need help. Very good experience start to finish. I love my hearing aids. ”
“The nurse was really caring and the doctor was really understanding and really was looking at things really well, explaining themselves, what was going on, what was gonna be happening, just keeping me really informed.”
