“I would like to thank Tom O'Connor and give him my highest recommendation for providing me with hearing aids. I am a 96 year old blind woman, Mr. O'Connor had infinite patience. He fitted and exchanged aids until he found a set that I could insert despite my blindness. He encouraged me and I wear them full time. ”
