“They are really courteous and nice. The questions we asked were explained so we understood what he was talking about.”
“A lot of things went wrong - not a good experience. In the initial visit they ordered the hearing aid, then I went back for the fitting of the hearing aid. The doctor didn't seem able to adjust the hearing aid. She let me leave the office without it being adjusted properly. I had to keep coming back, the parking was bad, it was just an inconvenient location. But the main thing was they just weren't adjusting the hearing aids in a proper manner. She put the wrong kind of program in then the next time it still wasn't working and eventually after spending hours going back and forth, in and out of the garage for twenty some dollars, I just got disgusted, decided this wasn't going to work out, returned the hearing aid, and got a refund.”
