I represent a senior organization and know she initiated the contact to serve seniors at the Saltmarsh Center. She had to set her schedule around Cape Air schedule reductions and served at least 8 people between 12:30 and 4PM. Everyone here was relieved to have the help she provided. “Vilma is excellent! I am a new client, having bought my hearing aids off Cape years ago. She clearly explained the basics of what the visit would normally cover and then asked me why I came and what I hoped to get accomplished. Even though HearingLife does not offer my brand of healing aids, she was able to find replacement cones and wax guards in the back room and serviced my hearing aids, improving my hearing significantly. She performed hearing tests and was able to adjust my hearing aids to adjust for hearing degradation since my last test. She made me aware of the availability of hearing aids with technological advancements beyond that if my 4 year old model. While I did not choose an upgrade at this time, she did not try to hard sell me but focused on meeting my current needs, which she did very well. She earned my future business and I will recommend her to friends.”
