Susie Fages

Susie Fages, M.S., F-AAA, licensed clinical audiologist, has over 18 years experience in the Greater Atlanta area helping children and adults hear better. 

Ms. Fages graduated cum laude and received her Bachelor degree in Audiology from the University of Georgia, and earned her Master of Science degree in Speech and Hearing from Central Institute for the Deaf at Washington University in St. Louis.

Her areas of expertise are audiologic counseling and hearing aid selection and fitting. She spends quality time time with her patients and their loved ones in getting them to understand the nature of hearing loss, realistic expectations with amplification, and educating on effective communication strategies. She especially enjoys staying current with state of the art technology and is passionate about bringing those advancements to her patients and improving their quality of life.

Ms. Fages is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology and a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

She lives in the Alpharetta area with her family and enjoys cooking and photography.

Rita Chaiken


Dr. Rita R. Chaiken, Au.D. offers patients at the Dunwoody office comprehensive hearing examinations and hearing aid services. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in speech pathology and audiology from Syracuse University, her Master of Medical Science degree in both clinical audiology and education of the hearing impaired from Emory University, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University), where she was awarded the PCO Audiology Alumni Award for outstanding scholarship.

Dr. Chaiken's professional accomplishments include a broad range of service to people of all ages with hearing loss. She was the first audiologist for Fulton County Schools, a regional manager for a hearing aid manufacturer, and founded a private audiology practice which she owned and operated for over 12 years. She is an Adjunct Instructor of Audiology at Salus University and travels extensively to provide training to doctoral candidates in audiology as well as to teach workshops for experienced practitioners. Her work in educating audiologists led the The Audiology Foundation of America to award her the Professional Leadership Award.

Dr. Chaiken is extremely active in professional audiology organizations and currently serves as secretary of  the Board of Directors for the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Georgia Academy of Audiology. She also served six years on the State of Georgia Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology.

Dr. Chaiken is a longtime resident of the Atlanta area and has lived in the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area with her family for almost three decades.

Melissa Wikoff


Melissa Wikoff earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Maryland. As a Maryland Terrapin, Dr. Wikoff was a University Scholar in the Life Science Program and studied abroad in Belize, Central America. She received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine’s Program in Audiology and Communication Sciences where she completed her Capstone research entitled: Role of Alpha Synuclein in Noise Induced Hearing Loss.

Dr. Wikoff is licensed to practice audiology in the state of Georgia. She is a board certified audiologist with the American Board of Audiology (ABA), a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology (GAA), a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA). Dr. Wikoff was the first student ever to be appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Balance Society (ABS).

Originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, Dr. Wikoff now resides in Atlanta with her husband and their dogs. She practices in our Dunwoody and Toco Hills locations.
