“Everyone in the office is thoroughly professional. The courtesy begins at the front desk. My new hearing aids are absolutely fabulous and so comfortable. I now cannot believe what I couldn't hear. Pamela won't let you leave unless everything is perfect. This is a great team!”

“What a great team at Universal Hearing in Tarzana! After monitoring my hearing loss and listening to my input about what I wanted, I was given 60 days trial to see how the unit helped. The 60 days was critical in finding out how the hearing aid would function in my work and social life. Within that time they identified that another hearing Aaid style would work better and without any additional cost I now am able to hear better which has improved my ability to be involved in meetings and enjoy conversation in noisy environments. Thanks Pam, Lisa, Judy and the great Universal Hearing team in Tarzana.”
