“Hershal took such good care of me. He was so patient as I had difficulty putting them in my ears. I can now wear them all the time. The whole office is so very friendly and accommodating. ”

“My visits have gone very well. The first hearing aid just would not fit correctly--too tight, or too loose and falling out. But Lisa persisted and finally worked out a way to make it fit perfectly. Since then (about 5 years ago), I've bought two upgrades and have been very happy with them. Lisa and her staff are warm and friendly, but very professional. They really know what they're doing. The hearing aids I've bought from them have really made a difference for me. I've been enjoying 'stereo' hearing for the first time in many years!”

“Personalized, caring and professional service. The front office know you by name and the audiologist, Lisa, is amazing. They always make sure you have everything you need and always leave with a smile on your face and a warm heart. ”

“With a hearing level tested at severe in my left ear and profound in my right, I started a trial period of Phonak's Naida V70 on June 29, 2017, with much skepticism. The next day, wearing both hearing aids, I could hardly believe I WAS CLEARLY HEARING conversation in my retirement home's extremely noisy dining room without using my Phonak microphone! I am delighted and grateful for Lisa Goldstein's expertise in fitting me with the proper hearing aids and credit the entire Universal Hearing Care team for this virtually miraculous event in my life. I'd also like to add that Universal's waiting room and offices are very comfortable and relaxing. ”
