Dr. Sandra Wendschlag has been practicing Audiology since 1986. Prior to opening Landmark Hearing Services in 1997, she worked 11 years as a hearing care specialist for a large audiology group.In 1986, she received her Masters degree in Audiology followed by earning her Doctorate degree through Arizona School of Health Science in 2003. As a licensed professional she continues her education hours staying at the cutting edge of the hearing care industry.Consumer Business Review named Dr. Sandra, Sunnyvale’s “Audiologist of the Year.” . Since the beginning, her practice has been centered on professionalism, personal care and integrity. She enjoys reading, ballroom dancing, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

“I brought my father in for Hearing Aid on May 3, 2021. It is over three month and no one from Landmark hearing bothered to follow up on his hearing Aid. Even though I called late June and requested a follow up call, yet no contact had been made and he still does not have his hearing Aid. If you are not planing to give this 88 year old man, his hearing Aid, please at least send us his prescription and let us know so we can get his hearing device from another place. ”

“She was great. I really feel that she did a good job. There was no pressure, whatsoever, to sell me something. I was quite impressed.
There was no pressure, she was very willing to talk about hearing aids. I have hearing aids, Oticon, which they evidently carry. She gave me more information about the latest ones. I've had mine for about 6 years, so I know they're gonna have to be replaced. She went over them and gave them some adjusting. She said try them to see how you feel about them. If you think you need new ones, come back. I'm intending to go back there and talk about the new ones. I am in a wheelchair and she really accommodated me to get me into the cubicle where you get the hearing test done.
I would give Sandra a 10. I like the people over at Landmark. The staff is fantastic. When I go into there, they are so gracious, especially me being in a wheelchair. So, I give them a 10.”

“If there was a way to give Sandra 9 or 10 stars out of 5, I would do so. Sandra is the most patient and caring audiologist I have ever known. i highly recommend her!
I got a new pair of very small hearing aids in Sept'13. I have a specially difficult hearing issue. Have had surgery in both ears and in one ear I have major damage in the inner ear due to surgery. So getting reasonable hearing for me is very difficult. Sandra has been extremely helpful and patient with me. I have gone back to her more than 10 times in last few months to get the sound corrected. She has never shown any reluctance in adjusting the sound and optimize things. She even sent the hearing aids back to get them rebuilt so that they do not slip. With all my hearing problems I am finally hearing very well!
