“My dad was having a dizziness issue and they were able to diagnose it as well as administer therapy. After 3 weeks he no longer had dizziness. 6 months later we went back in for his hearing loss. The testing was more extensive than the last place that he got his hearing aids and they did a great job of keeping me informed during the process. We ended up purchasing my dad’s second pair of hearing aids. No pressure from them, and the pricing was definitely less expensive. After the first week, we went back for a follow-up to fine tune the programming since my dad couldn’t hear while riding in the car. They got him in quickly and fixed the issue. My dad actually loves his hearing aids now! We both had a good report with the technician and Doctor which is great because I was skeptical after the experience we had with his previous hearing aid dealer.”
