Austin Hearing Aid Center

Born and raised right here in Austin, licensed doctor of audiology Allison Archer earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Allison is highly experienced with best practices in hearing healthcare, including comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, programming, fitting & service of all brands of hearing instruments.

She loves living here and cannot imagine a better city to call home. She enjoys gardening, listening to audiobooks, and drinking coffee on the patio in her free time. 

Angela (Angie) Wooten, MS, has a 40+-year career as a clinical audiologist in the Austin area, including owning and running her private practice, Lakeview Hearing Center, in Marble Falls. Angie's service model at Lakeview was very people-centered, following her patient care philosophy.

Angie loves seeing patients and providing the gift of hearing, so she joined her long-time friend and colleague, Bill Rudolph, at the Austin Hearing Aid Center.

Angie is a long-time musician, playing with the Double Eagle String Band and other local musicians. She is also an Austin Friends of Traditional Music Board Member.

With her musical background and working as a performing musician, Angie now focuses on helping improve the hearing of her fellow musicians.

William (Bill) Rudolph, MA, FAAA, founded the Austin Hearing Aid Center (AHAC) in 1983. Mr. Rudolph was a trailblazer as the first audiologist to establish a private practice in Austin. He has since led the way to entrepreneurship for his colleagues by offering patients an option to see audiologists in a local, independent hearing healthcare setting.

Mr. Rudolph is a proud long-time member of the Texas Academy of Audiology and is a lifetime member of the American Academy of Audiology.
