HIS, BC-HIS

Board Certified-Hearing Instrument Specialist

Craig has been treating hearing loss for the people of the Wind River Valley since 2003. Before pursuing a career in hearing care I was an Optician both in Casper and in Riverton. In my time as an Optician, and now as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, I realize how important our senses are to living an active life. Whether vision, or now hearing, the work I do with patients is an uplifting and rewarding endeavor in keeping patients connected to their friends and family with restored senses. I enjoy seeing a patient’s face light up when they hear new things for the first time (or first time in years)….and that is priceless!

“I love the caring and service of Craig and his staff. They genuinely care about each patient. A few years ago Iwas diagnosed with cancer and was confined to my home because of my immunity. MI desperately needed new hearing aids. Craig arranged a private time for me to be seen.He closed his business for a time and had his staff disinfect his office to accommodate my needs. What a wonderful man! I could hear again and was able to enjoy life a little more as I was sitting home mostly by myself. Will never forget his compassion!”

“My husband went to this clinic, because of ringing and concern of hearing loss. Did the test, he had minimal loss, but was recommended to buy $7000 hearing aids. We bought the hearing aids, thought about it over the weekend, then took them back on Monday. We went to elsewhere, did the test. Hearing aids would have cost $1700. They did not recommend hearing aids at such a minute hearing loss. I am disappointed that we were sold an expensive product that was not needed, because we blindly trusted the technician.”

“Have always gotten great care from all the staff at High Country Hearing. Craig is an excellent audiologist, explains all aspects of an exam very clearly and takes great time answering any questions. Lisa always remembers appt. schedules with phone follow-up and very helpful when any supplies are needed. I highly recommend Craig and High Country Hearing if you are in need of help with any hearing problem. ”
