Dr. Tanya Harper Rowe,
AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist

Tanya earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Iowa, Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University and Doctorate from A.T. Still University. She wanted to work in the healthcare field and took classes in Audiology, Pharmacy and pre-med. She spent a summer job shadowing with a local pharmacist as well as at Hearing Associates, P.C.. She was impressed with Stu’s business and how passionate he was about helping patients with hearing problems. As an audiologist, she is able to work in the healthcare field, diagnosing ear and hearing problems and improving patient hearing and communication abilities.

Tanya enjoys time with family, traveling, gardening, scrapbooking and watching her sons play in a variety of sports, including golf, hockey, track, basketball and baseball.

Dr. Christine Heinstkill,

Audiologist

Christine earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communication Disorders from Central Michigan University and proceeded to also earn her Doctorate of Audiology from Central Michigan University. Christine discovered audiology through studying speech language pathology. However, after job shadowing an audiologist during a clinical placement, she realized that she had true passion for audiology. She had then decided that she would continue her education in audiology instead of speech language pathology.

Christine enjoys spending time with friends, family and pets, hiking and camping, sewing.

Formerly Cedar Valley Hearing Services, Hearing Associates, has a dedicated team of expert audiologists and hearing specialists who provide treatment for a wide variety of disorders including hearing loss and tinnitus in both children and adults. We’re committed to helping you improve your quality of life through better hearing.

Our practice includes outreach clinics through Mercy Medical Center in Britt, Cresco, Hampton, Iowa Falls and Osage, Iowa and satellite clinics in New Hampton and Charles City, Iowa. Hearing Device Demonstration - Typically done after a hearing test, this allows the user to experience new technology for themselves in a live listening environment with devices set for their own unique hearing needs.

Selecting Hearing Aids - Once we have assisted you in determining the most suitable hearing aid for your needs, we will proceed to measure you ears and place an order for your customized devices. Once your devices arrive, we’ll fit them to your ears utilizing Real Ear Measurement (REM). This process ensures precise programming of your test results and preferences, delivering a tailored and ideal listening experience.
