Stuart is the owner of Hearing Associates and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science and Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University. He has previously served as President of the Iowa Speech Language Hearing Association, President of the Iowa Speech Language Hearing Foundation and President of Clear Lake Parks and Recreation Board. He enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with his family. He leads a team of highly qualified and trained Audiologists at his practice.

“The office visit was scheduled by Hearing Associates as a follow up on repair/evaluation of hearing aides prior to hearing aides going out of warranty. The technician cleaned and evaluated the hearing aides (no problems). Then I was advised that office visits would require a $100 payment for each visit since the hearing aides are no longer under warranty. I was not advised of this change of policy when the visit was scheduled. There was no charge for office visits for my previous hearing aide which was out of warranty for about 3 years. I do not fault the technician, she was just the messenger. I am very disappointed in Hearing Associates management for this lack of communication. Hopefully, Hearing Associates will learn from this when making future policies.”

Our practice includes outreach clinics through Mercy Medical Center in Britt, Cresco, Hampton, Iowa Falls and Osage, Iowa and satellite clinics in New Hampton and Charles City, Iowa.
