“I bought my hearing aids at Scottsboro, Al. and have been really pleased until recently. The Scottsboro office has changed personnel or something!! The same people are not there and when I went for my appt. today, they have moved. I don't think that are the same company. Zack has been the owner and never is there. No same person is there now and I'm concerned about the care I'm getting with my hearing aids. Please contact me. Thank you. ”
