“They lost my hearing aids. I had to make multiple calls and trips to the office just to find this out. The replacement hearing aids came in four weeks later. When the new ones came in I was told they programmed them. They didn't program them. Went back the next day they said they corrected the problem but they didn't. Went back later to get programming fixed again but they didn't do it. So I went to a different office and got them programmed properly. ”
