“I met with Dr Katrina Smith for a hearing test. She was very knowledgeable and kind. When she saw me in the waiting area, she came right out and got me and we were done with my thorough exam in no time. I would highly recommend this practice. My family were always on me on how loud I have the TV when I’m watching it. I don’t want miss anything!! Dr. Smith assured me that my hearing was good and no further testing is needed at this time.. I couldn’t wait to get home to share that news with my family!!!”

“I went there and we filled out some paperwork first, then the young lady looked in my ears and then put me in a cylinder-type thing and made some noises and I had to signal her when I couldn't hear it any more. She was very professional about it and she explained quite a bit, some of which I didn't understand. I didn't get any chance to talk about money or if I was supposed to come back or not, so I was kind of disappointed they didn't tell me what to do at the end of it.”
