“Kelly was very attentive and was most supportive in making sure my every need was met to my satisfaction! ”
“My experience was great. ”
“My primary care physician referred me to the Blue Ridge Speech & Hearing Center for a hearing evaluation. My doctor recommended BRSHC because it is a nonprofit organization that gives back to the community in comparison to a franchise marketing its own brand of product. I met with Dr. Kelly Pilson at BRSHC. Through her clinical experience and experience, coupled with her genuine interest in her patients and her sensitivity in listening to their needs, Dr. Pilson provides comprehensive care to her patients, helping them achieve their best possible level of hearing and communication. Dr. Pilson explained what to expect during the hearing evaluation (I never had one before) and carefully went over the test results with me. Although my hearing loss cannot be treated medically or surgically, it can be improved by the use of hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could be fitted for hearing aids that same day. Dr. Pilson listed 3 different cost levels of hearing aids and checked how much of the cost my insurance company would cover. There was no pressure whatsoever to choose one tier over another. The decision was completely my own, and I felt comfortable with the choice I made. I am delighted with the results! I'm enjoying the symphony of everyday sounds that my hearing aids are reacquainting me with - the sound of rain, the crinkle of paper, the ticking of a clock. The TV volume has decreased from 22-26 to 15-18. I don't ask people to repeat themselves as often as I did before and I don't have to work at "processing" what people say during conversation. It's not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Kelly Pilson restored a significant part of my life that was slowly becoming muted and fading away. I am grateful to Dr. PIlson and the Blue Ridge Speech and Hearing Center. ”

“Great customer service and knowledge of the products they sell. Never need to re-tune my hearing aids. ”
