Dr. Nicole Balliet is a licensed audiologist with a Bachelor’s degree and a Doctorate in audiology from Bloomsburg University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from American Speech Language Hearing Association and currently serves on the board of directors for Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology. Dr. Balliet specializes in diagnostics for adults and children, amplification for adults and balance evaluations.
Dr. Laura Richards is a licensed audiologist helping our patients for nearly two decades and been in the audiology field for 25 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and a master’s degree in audiology from Temple University. Dr. Richards holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from American Speech Language Hearing Association and is knowledgeable in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices.
Licensed audiologist Melissa Reitnour brings over 30 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing and fitting as well neurologic auditory brainstem response, balance assessments, newborn hearing screenings and tinnitus assessments / management. She holds a master’s degree in audiology and is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

“I wanted to tell everyone how great VF ENT in Phoenixville is!! after a lot of swimming recently I woke up with almost maybe 95% of hearing loss! Very scary! Valley Forge ENT saw me that day, took me right in, no waiting at all, and quickly diagnosed the problem - ton of was build up - and the doctor was able to get it all out in no time.
