“My first trip to an audiologist, and it was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. ”
“Sound Advice is beyond amazing. Ben, Jessica and Teri are the best. Would highly recommend to family and friends. ”
“Wow! I’m so impressed with Sound Advice! I took my Dad to get new hearing aides and everyone there was so patient and accommodating to help make sure my Dad was comfortable with his new hearing aides, even taking a picture and printing it to remind my Dad how to put his aides in the charger at night! Thank you so much for your dedication and care! ”
“I felt welcome when I walked in the door. Friendly office staff and audiologist. I had a hearing test and Dr Ben recommended aids I would need. I did not feel pressured to buy. I am happy with my purchase. Everything was explained with charts and conversation with audiologist. I have been back to make a slight adjustment. I would recommend Sound Advice to anyone with hearing problems. Great people to work with. ”
“The surroundings in the facility are welcoming. The receptionist is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Beth Borin was the audiologist I met with and she was professional, knowledgable and courteous. We discussed my needs and I felt that she explained the results of the testing adequately. I was pleased with the service I received and will receive my new hearing aids this week. Very good experience so far.”
