“This is the office to go to. The office wants to help people hear, not sell hearing aids . Prices are good-far better than other locations and very, very professional. You can not do better.”

So finally, I finally broke down and I went and I was shocked! I was just shocked! I had gone twice before for different things with my ears. They put me in a box, like an isolation booth, and I'm claustrophobic and I was so afraid. I went into Richard's office and I did not see it and I'm saying "What is this!?". He was great! I would give him a 10, a five is not enough. He was great! He made me feel comfortable and I bought them the first time I went there. When he told me to sit next to his desk I'm saying "What's going on here , where's the isolation booth?". And I sit there and he puts these ear muffs is what I call them, I was so comfortable there I couldn't believe it! I just couldn't believe it! He was extra, extra nice! in fact, my son told somebody about him and he's supposed to take his mother there when she's ready! I'm so glad I went!”
