“Doctor is always very patient, answers all my questions, very knowledgeable. Thanks to him my life is more comfortable in being able to participate in conversations whether they are one on one, or in groups. I would recommend him highly to anyone with a hearing problem. ”
“My experience was very professional, informative, comfortable and very, very helpful. I found Denny Dingler to be a very intelligent, kind and considerate man. ”
“Because of my hearing aids, I can enjoy social gatherings, hearing things like doorbells, clock ticking etc. My mood is happier because I'm not missing out on anything and my husbands happier also. I should have gotten them a long ago. ”
“He was very thorough. He did not rush or watch the clock during my two visits. I have had excellent results.”
“I brought my wife here. We had some difficulties with Professional Hearing Center. There was a visual exam of her ears with a video camera and a sound spectrum measurement and a demonstration of several hearing aid styles then she was loaned a set of hearing aids. There was some fumbling around, a wrong brochure, a page that had to be torn out, things couldn't be found quickly, a general impression of fumbling around.. so we lost confidence. We are going to return the loaned set. The real issue that stuff was in the ear. We were told things that were in the ear that we think weren't true and we think an infection in the ear was overlooked. ”
Received 03/19/2018Official Response from Professional Hearing Centers:“Thank you for sharing your thoughts, only by understanding what folks are thinking can we begin to reach them at their point of need, and help them back into a functioning and communicative life. I appreciate that you recognized that we do a careful visual inspection of the ears, along with a comprehensive hearing evaluation, many patients have told us it is the most thorough test they have ever had. We do these evaluations, along with taking a lot of time in asking questions of the patient, to better understand what their needs are, not only hearing, but also emotional, as it is a big transition. We have found, in over 31 years of helping people reconnect their lives through better hearing, that the patient holds the keys to success, our job is to find that key and unlock the door that is keeping them from better hearing. I was surprised when the devices that were lent were returned before the next scheduled appointment a week later, as I had promised to research an area of concern, and to look at an alternative solution that could be helpful. I was, and am, more than willing to discuss the issues of what else could be done to help, all you need to do is call our office and we'll be glad to schedule an appointment at no charge. Again, thank you for letting us know your feelings, if you should like to proceed with getting back in the race through better hearing. We're here to help you hear! Denny Dingler, Audioprosthologist, HAS”
