Dr. Perez has been a licensed Audiologist since 2016. She joined the staff at CFSHC in February of 2018. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning a Doctorate of Audiology degree from Wayne State University in May of 2015 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Wayne State University in 2011. She completed her fellowship at the Michigan Ear Institute (neurotologist practice) in Farmington Hills, MI. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Habla Espanol
Audiologist/Director of Audiology Administration
Dr. Nail earned a Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of South Florida in 2016. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Science and Disorders in 2012. Dr. Nail completed her clinical externship here at Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center. Dr. Nail is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Dr. Nail has a special interested in pediatric diagnostics and treatment.

Dr. Zayas has been a licensed audiologist since 2014. She joined the staff at Central Florida Speech and Hearing Center in June 2014. She earned a Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Florida in 2014 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Florida in 2010. She completed her clinical externship at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). Dr. Zayas has a special interest in adult diagnostics and hearing aid fittings.
